How we are paid

Once a preliminary meeting (at our cost) has been held with a prospective client, either at their home or in our offices, payment options can be discussed.  There are various service levels available, designed to suit a range of individual requirements.

We operate on a fee basis and payment can be made by one of two options; directly to us by cheque or by facilitation with a platform or product provider, in which case the fee is funded by encashment of units within an investment. Our ‘Initial fees’ are payable for our work involved in providing personalised investment recommendations, setting up the contracts and the associated back office administration.

Once a portfolio is in place ‘on-going fees’ are payable for our continuing management of a client’s investments (including making recommendations for alterations to fund holdings as necessary; the provision of reports/valuations and regular face-to-face review meetings).
